You Receive the Call

At your scheduled time, our automated system calls you. The caller ID shows "IAMFINE" or our designated number.

What you'll hear:

"Hello, this is your daily Iamfine check-in call. If you are okay, please press 1 now."

You Respond

You have two options during the call:

Press "1" - I'm OK

Confirms you're okay. The call ends immediately. Your Care Circle doesn't receive any notifications.

Press 2-9 - Request Contact

Press the number for any Care Circle member to request they contact you. They'll receive an email and SMS asking them to reach out.

Result:

Check-in complete! You're marked as safe for the day.

If You Miss the Call

Life happens! If you don't answer, we'll try again. We make up to 5 attempts over the next hour.

Alert Your Care Circle

If you don't respond after all attempts, your Care Circle is immediately notified.

Alert message sent:

"IAMFINE ALERT: [Your name] did not respond to today's check-in call. Please check on their welfare."
