Checking in

How do I check-in to the Iamfine service?

The easiest - Answer your daily wellness call and press number "1" on your phone to let the Iamfine system know you are OK - As long as you have a telephone you can use Iamfine.

Or at any time ....

  • CALL the Iamfine number 1-(731) 506-1000 from your registered phone
  • TEXT the word "OK" to the Iamfine number from your registered phone
  • LOGIN to your account on the Iamfine website and you are instantly checked in for the day.

What will your Loved One hear when we call?

When your Loved One answers the phone, they will hear a personalized message. As an example, Bob is the Loved One and has Tara and Jane in his Care Circle.

"Hello Bob, This is Iamfine. Please press 1 to check in."

After Bob presses 1, he will hear.

"Thank you for checking in. You may now hang up"

At this point, Bob may hang up or wait for the special feature that asks Iamfine to send a request to a member of Bob's Care Circle to contact him.

"If you wish to request one of your care circle members to contact you today. Press 2 for Tara, press 3 for Jane."

What number will show up on my phone?

In the United States, the caller ID is (731) 506-1000

In the UK, the caller ID is 01887 451000

Can I choose the time of my daily call?

YES. Sign up for the 14-day free trial here, then from your new IAMFINE account set your preferred check-in time. If needed this can be changed in your account settings on the web site, or by calling our support team.

Can Iamfine check in on me twice a day?

YES. You can set both an AM and a PM check-in call at no extra cost.

What if I miss my check-in call?

Iamfine will keep trying to call you approximately every 10 minutes for the next hour. If you still have not answered then we will alert ALL of your Care Circle that you have not checked in.

Care Circle members are notified simultaneously.

What if I go away on vacation?

You can pause the service.

Visit "Manage vacations" on the web site and set the start date and duration of your vacation.

This will send an email to the Care Circle letting them know you are on vacation and will pause the service until the end of the vacation period.

Can I select the days of the week for my calls?

YES - You can select to only receive your check in calls on certain days of the week. As an example, don't have a call on Saturday.

What if I know I won't be at home for my scheduled call?

No Problem ....
