Software only — you own the sensors. The per-hub fee covers the platform, secure connectivity and data ingestion, not hardware. Passive Check-In reads standard Zigbee motion and presence sensors, often including existing K4Connect hardware, with nothing to lease from us.
No cameras, no microphones and no wearables. Participation is opt-in per resident, and a sensor never raises an alarm on its own — the confirming call is always the safety net.
