Important: Phone Carriers May Be Blocking Your Check-In Calls

Resolved — March 27, 2026

This issue has been resolved. We have worked directly with Verizon, Spectrum, Frontier, and other carriers to whitelist our calling number at the network level. Check-in calls should now be reaching all customers as expected. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team or call us at (855) 410-1010 .

Over the past week, some phone carriers (especially Verizon, Spectrum, and Frontier) have introduced more aggressive spam-blocking systems. Unfortunately, these systems are sometimes blocking legitimate calls like ours—even though you are signed up to receive them.

Please rest assured: our system is working properly, and your calls are being placed as scheduled. However, in some cases, the carrier is preventing the call from reaching your phone.

What You Can Do Right Now

The quickest way to resolve this is to contact your phone carrier and ask them to allow our number:

  • Call your carrier (Verizon, Spectrum, Frontier, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.)
  • Ask them to whitelist or mark (731) 506-1000 as a trusted number
  • Let them know this is a daily wellness check call that you want to receive and must not be blocked

This step is very effective and can usually be done quickly.

What We Are Doing

We are actively working to fix this at the network level so you won't need to take any action in the future. This includes:

  • Working directly with carriers
  • Contacting the companies that help carriers identify spam calls
  • Registering and verifying our phone numbers across multiple industry systems

We understand how important these calls are, and resolving this is our top priority.

Tip: In the meantime, you can always check in early by calling or texting (731) 506-1000 yourself. Don't wait for your scheduled call—checking in early ensures your contacts know you're okay.

Update — March 26, 2026

We continue to work directly with carriers to resolve this issue. In addition to Verizon, we have confirmed that Spectrum and Frontier customers are also being affected. Many customers have reported that after contacting their carrier, the carrier whitelisted our number (731) 506-1000 for their account — and their check-in calls resumed immediately.

If you are a Verizon, Spectrum, or Frontier customer and not receiving calls, we strongly encourage you to call your carrier and ask them to whitelist (731) 506-1000. This has been the fastest resolution for affected customers.

On our end, we are working to have Verizon, Spectrum, Frontier, and all carriers whitelist our number at the source so that no individual action is needed. This remains our top priority and we will continue to post updates here.
