How long does setup take?
Setup takes less than 5 minutes. Simply create your account, set your call schedule, and add your Care Circle members. Your first check-in call begins the next day.
What if I'm in the shower when you call?
No worries! We'll call back 5 more times over the next hour. This gives you plenty of time to finish what you're doing without bothering your Care Circle unnecessarily.
Can I change my schedule?
Absolutely! You can adjust your call times anytime through your online account. Changes take effect the next day. You can also set different times for different days of the week.
Does this work with my landline?
Yes! Iamfine works with any phone - landlines, cell phones, smartphones, or even rotary phones. No special equipment or smartphone required.
What happens when I go on vacation?
Simply enable Vacation Mode from your account. Your calls are paused, and your Care Circle is automatically notified. Turn it back on when you return - no need to contact us.
Can I check in early to skip the call?
Yes! You can check in anytime before your scheduled call by texting "OK" to 731-506-1000, calling the same number, or logging into your online account. We'll skip that day's call.
